Crude steel production breaks the 300,000 tonne barrier

Despite flooding on the Lahn and Dill in early February causing serious damage to the works facilities and lost production, all production sections succeeded in increasing their output. Crude steel production reached 313,000 tonnes, breaking the 300,000 tonne barrier for the first time in the company's history. The proportion of alloyed grades increased by 5.5 percent compared to the previous year to reach 70.4 percent.
