Reporting of misconduct

In accordance with the new Whistleblower Protection Act and the Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains, a reporting channel was set up in our company under which certain forms of misconduct can be reported – also on an anonymous basis.

Reports can be submitted in the following areas in particular:

  • Antitrust law, corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, capital market compliance
  • Discrimination, sexual harassment, bullying, human rights
  • Data protection
  • Technical compliance, in particular compliance with technical standards and certifications in production processes and IT security
  • Environment
  • Health and safety
  • Violations in other areas

Reports of misconduct can be made on an anonymous basis via the voestalpine Group’s whistleblower system.

The whistleblowing system is available in German, Bulgarian, French, Italian, Lithuanian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Swedish, Spanish, Czech and Hungarian.
If your language is not covered by the language selection, you can still enter your information in your own language.

In addition, the whistleblower system now also offers the option of asking questions on the above-mentioned topics on an anonymous basis.

The whistleblower system protects your anonymity one hundred per cent. People who report violations of laws, the Code of Conduct or other internal guidelines and regulations in good faith do not have to fear any negative consequences.
