2311 ISO-BM | Standard Tool Steel for injection moulding for small and medium-sized injection moulds. With good polishability and machinability also applicable for photo etching.

2312 | Sulphur-alloyed Tool Steel with excellent machinability. Applicable for Mouldframes and small/medium injection moulds without surface-finish requirements.

2738 ISO-BM | Tool Steel for large dimensions larger than 400mm thickness. Properties comparable with 2311 ISO-BM but with improved trough-hardenability. Suitable for photo etching in as-delivered condition and with good polishability.

Thruhard Diamond® HHH | Remelted and hardened and tempered plastic mould steel for the most demanding surface finish requirements. Applicable to produce optical and fine-grained parts (e.g. spotlights or interior parts).

2083 ISO-B | Corrosion-resistant plastic mould steel for processing corrosive injection-moulding compounds with good polishing and machining properties.

2343 ISO-B | CrMoV alloyed Hot-work steel with high wear resistance and good toughness. Applicable for stressed dies and low-pressure die casting.

2343 ISO-B MOD | This hot-work steel with increased toughness compared to 2343 ISO-B but with same wear resistance was especially developed for die casting industry. Applicable for die casting moulds for processing aluminum and magnesium and for fiber reinforced plastics.

2344 ISO-B | Hot-work steel with optimized chemical analysis for increased tempering resistance and wear resistance compared to 2343 ISO-B. Applicable for highly stressed dies and inserts for die casting.

2365 ISO-B | Special hot work steel with excellent toughness and high resistance against heat-checking. Applicable for water-cooled dies with high thermal stress.

2367 ISO-B | High-alloyed hot work steel with higher high-temperature strength and tempering resistance compared to 2344 ISO-B. Also increased high-temperature wear resistance compared to 2344 ISO-B and 2365 ISO-B.

HIPERDIE® | Special hot work steel with excellent heat resistance and increased toughness compared to 2343 ISO-B and 2344 ISO-B. High PERfomance DIE also distinguished with high wear resistance compared to 2714 ISO-B.

HWS Supreme | Micro-alloyed 5%-CrMoV hot-work tool steel for reduced susceptibility to temper embrittlement and improved toughness, while keeping extremely good high-temperature wear & heat checking resistance.
